It is an online store launched on November 2022, which is currently trending due to its ongoing amazon customer returns pallets flash sale. Sadly, the offer is not genuine. During my investigations, I discovered the website has a handful of drawbacks that shouldn’t be ignored.
Reasons Wholesaleau.com Is Not Recommended
False Offer
The website offers deeply discounted pricing on full pallets of returned merchandise and excess inventory from Amazon.com. But when my box came, I just received one set of cheap earbuds and a little spray bottle in place of the two pallets of "electronic products." It is obvious that this is a bait and switch fraud.
Untrustworthy Business Plan
Similar to the four companies I evaluated last week—actionsthat.com, Runtmilk, Scorepart, and justcustodial.com—Wholesaleau.com is advertising on social media for Amazon pallet sales, but there isn't any information about pallets or tools on the website itself.
When you go to the homepage of the website, wholesaleeau.com, you will discover that the dresses and shoes are priced at standard fashion prices. Although this may appear strange to you, most unreliable online retailers use this tactic. On social media, they advertise absurd discounts, while their website offers completely different products. They may simply hide their trails in this way.
Complaints
Just like me, couple of customers who shopped from this store have left reviews (I wished I saw that earlier) stating they received a different cheaper item instead of the amazon box.
Poor Customer Support
Aside from the fact that the store’s email wholesaleau@gmail.com isn’t professional, I got no response even after waiting for five days. Even the live support form on the website isn’t functioning. This clearly proves that the intention of the store’s owner isn’t genuine.
Lacks Security Measures
The website isn’t risk-free, it isn’t secured with McAfee or Norton. The website is vulnerable to hackers who can tamper with customer’s personal and financial details.
